The Aldwych — Alligator-Embossed Wholecut Oxford

The Aldwych gives the wholecut Oxford a deeper, more striking finish. Handcrafted from premium cowhide leather, its alligator-embossed upper is hand-burnished in Burnished Burgundy, with a rich red centre that darkens to near-black at the toe and edges.

The clean, uninterrupted vamp is cut from a single piece, with finer scales around the heel and larger panels across the toe. Dark brown waxed laces and closed lacing keep the profile sleek, while the black sole and low stacked heel keep the proportions classic.

Equally suited to tailoring and formal evening dressing, The Aldwych is a distinctive alternative to the traditional smooth-leather Oxford.
