ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the website to:
- engage in fraudulent activity;
- interfere with website security or operation;
- submit false customer or payment information;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts; or
- infringe Halford’s or another party’s intellectual property rights.
PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.
Because leather is a natural material and Halford footwear is handcrafted individually, variations may occur in:
- grain;
- texture;
- colour tone;
- hand-finishing;
- burnishing; and
- other natural or handmade characteristics.
Screen settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear digitally.
These reasonable variations are not necessarily manufacturing defects.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Halford footwear is generally made to order.
Production begins after an order is confirmed and, where applicable, sizing and customization details are verified.
Typical production time is approximately 2 weeks, but this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date.
SIZING
Customers must select their size carefully and provide accurate information when Halford requests additional sizing confirmation.
We may request information such as your normally worn size, a recognised-brand shoe reference, or foot measurements.
Sizing systems and shoe lasts differ between manufacturers. A Halford shoe may therefore differ in external dimensions from another shoe carrying the same labelled size.
CUSTOMIZATION
Selected products may allow changes in leather, colour, hardware or finishing.
Customization availability depends on the design and availability of suitable materials or components.
Where an exact requested component is unavailable, we will communicate with you where a material difference would affect the agreed design.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not prevent Halford from contacting you to verify order, sizing, delivery or payment information before production.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is:
- suspected fraud;
- incorrect pricing caused by an obvious technical error;
- unavailable materials;
- incomplete customer information; or
- another reasonable operational reason preventing fulfilment.
Where payment has already been received for an order that Halford cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
PRICING
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Pakistan store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We may change product prices at any time, but price changes do not normally affect an order already accepted.
PAYMENT
Halford currently accepts payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:
Cash on Delivery
and
Bank Transfer
For bank-transfer orders, production may not begin until payment has been received and verified.
COD orders may be contacted for confirmation before production begins.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment information and proof of transfer supplied to Halford are accurate.
SHIPPING
Current production and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy.
Typical timelines are:
Production: approximately 2 weeks
Delivery after dispatch: approximately 1–3 working days within Pakistan
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Because our footwear is made individually to order, returns and exchanges for change of mind are not accepted once production has begun.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including brand names, logos, product photographs, graphics, copy, designs and other original material—is owned by or licensed to Halford.
You may not reproduce, commercially distribute, modify or use our intellectual property without permission except where permitted by law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may rely on or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers and other service providers.
Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.
We may update, suspend or change website functionality when reasonably necessary.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
